Latinas in SPAM was founded by Kelly Cuesta — Ecuadorian-born marketing strategist and the woman behind Latinas in Tech Spain and Lean In Madrid. After a decade building communities and careers across Europe, she kept noticing the same thing.

“The women shaping culture were almost always the ones nobody was recognizing for it.”

So she started Latinas in SPAM: a community for multicultural women working across social media, PR, advertising, marketing, partnerships and growth — the people quietly running how modern brands show up.

Part community, part newsletter, part small-room conversation. Started in Madrid, growing through London and onwards.
